The Arctic Offshore Farming (AOF) project was realized for Fosen Seafarm Construction AS, Norway in 2019-2020.

The AOF project shall be remote-controlled, submersible marine installation for salmon farming which be located in Øyfjorden in northern Norway. The fish farming system consists of two semisubmersible cages and a feed barge. The distance between the individual structures are some hundred meters and they are moored independently of each other. The feed barge shall provide fish food (pellets), power and control to the two cages.

The cages (3000 tons each) consist of a semi-submersible hull (formed as hexadecagons) with a lower and upper pontoon connected by columns. The net cage is suspended from the hull and consists of a double net, a rigid lower ring and a conical part with a weight at the bottom.

StoGda’s scope includes Workshop Documentation (IFF) of cages for Main Structure and Major Outfitting Structure.  Documentation for Minor Outfitting Structure was prepared first as Basic Design (IFA, IFC) and after client approval Workshop Documentation (IFF) was issued. As-built Documentation is also in StoGda’s  scope.

The floating dock „Marco Polo” (Building no. NB56) project was realized for Crist Shipyard, Poland in 2016÷2018.

The Dock has been designed to build concrete caissons in Marseille which then will be towed to Monaco and installed there to form a dry land of the future extension of the Anse du Portier – new district in Monaco.

The dock structure is mainly composed of a pontoon fitted with 4 columns. The bow and aft columns are connected by a caisson type structure on each side, the whole assembly being called “wing wall”.

The dock is equipped with innovative automatic ballast and measurement system that ensures continuous leveling of the unit, safety during work and protection against wind, waves and currents.

StoGda was responsible for Basic Design (partly), Workshop Documentation, supervising during construction and As-Built Documentation excluding electric and automation works only.

The project was realized in 2013÷2014.

StoGda delivered workshop (including lofting) documentation with status „IFF” (IFF – Issued For Fabrication) of MAIN STEEL, SECONDARY STEEL and OUTFITTING STRUCTURE of top side with total weight of structure: 1.666 tons.

During the entire project we supplied lifting documentation for crane and transport operations.
